Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria via Australia Post. We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard Delivery: $9.95 AUD (3–5 business days). Free on orders over $60.
- Express Delivery: $13.95 AUD (1–3 business days). Free on orders over $100.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods or due to Australia Post delays.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please email hello@hachimatcha.com.au with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll work with Australia Post to resolve it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional postage may apply.
